Baseline service terms for organizations and users accessing the Forge by Lorelle platform.
Forge by Lorelle Terms of Service
Effective date: June 23, 2026
Use of the platform
Forge by Lorelle provides a workforce learning platform for organizations to manage onboarding, compliance training, technical courses, assessments, certificates, live sessions, and learner records. Use of the platform is subject to the agreement between Lorelle Group and the client organization.
Organization and client access
Client organizations are responsible for authorizing their users, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining accurate organization information, and ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, internal policies, and training obligations.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for using their own accounts, protecting credentials, completing assigned work honestly, submitting accurate information, and following organization policies while using Forge by Lorelle.
Training content ownership
Client organizations retain responsibility for the training content, records, policies, and materials they provide or configure in the platform unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Lorelle Group retains ownership of the Forge by Lorelle platform, design, software, public website, analytics foundation, workflows, and related intellectual property.
Account access and security
Account access must not be shared, transferred, bypassed, or used to access information outside an authorized organization or role. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or use Forge by Lorelle in a way that compromises another organization or user.
Certificates and training records
Certificates, training records, attendance records, and assessment results are platform records intended to support organization training operations. They do not replace legal, regulatory, licensing, employer, or professional qualification requirements unless expressly accepted by the relevant authority or organization.
Public pages, quotes, and proposals
Public course, industry, pricing, marketplace, demo, and quote pages are informational and inquiry surfaces. A public page, listing summary, quote request, demo request, or proposal draft does not create course access, license rights, marketplace entitlement, billing obligation, certification eligibility, or a binding purchase unless an authorized agreement and protected platform workflow say so.
Partner applications
Submitting a partner application starts a review workflow only. It does not approve an applicant, create a partner organization, authorize delivery, grant resale rights, create a user account, or provide partner portal access unless a separate protected review, onboarding, and agreement process is completed.
Availability and service changes
Lorelle Group may change, suspend, update, or discontinue platform features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development. Material service commitments should be governed by the applicable client agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability, warranty, indemnity, refund, cancellation, payment, and service-level terms should be governed by the client agreement between Lorelle Group and the organization. Final commercial and limitation language must be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
Contact
For questions about these terms, contact Lorelle Group through the Forge by Lorelle contact page or the company contact channel provided in your service agreement. Security review, DPA, accessibility, procurement, and enterprise contracting routes should be finalized before broad public launch.
